simple corrot muffin (u can learn it by heart after this!)

simple to dimple. lets!

1 cup of plain flour
1 cup of grated carrot (minus the juice)
1 egg

1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of vege oil

1/3 cup of chopped almond/walnut(better)
1/3 cup of white sugar
1/3 spoon of salt
1/3 spoon of baking soda
1/4 spoon of grated lemon zest
1/4 spoon of lemon juice

step by step
put everything in a bowl (yes darling u hear that, everything). mix it well but not too well. use spatula will do. no mixer needed here. prepare ur muffin tin. glaze it with butter. thinly done with the butter ok. oh. preheat the oven at 150degress for 10mins. then after u done scopping the batter then u popup in the oven for approx 25-35mins. depends on ur oven. topping it with the cream cheese as u wish.

cream cheese topping:
1 full spatula of cream cheese
1 spoon of lemon juice
1/2 spoon of butt
1 spoonful of icing sugar

mix everything but not too long. amd u are all set :)

this is a must try cheesecake recipe!

gara2 pengaruh sorang opis mate yg cerita tentang sedapnya ciskek Pablo dari Osaka tuh, aku telah gigih menggugel, tak ramai yg share, puas gak cari kat youtube and google, payah sket.

so aku terjumpa resepi ni, crdt to the owner!! love you lah! (padahal tak kenal pon sapa kan.. hihi)~

nota untuk diri:

pablo ciskek dia gunakan kinda biskut as base, hence jadikan dia mcm egg tart n yet soooo creamy and rich, x sama mcm egg tart pon. tapi aku nk try guna kulit pastry gelek nipis tgk acaner.. rasa mcm jadik je (kalau x jadi pon aku paksa budak2 ni telan haha~), atau aku kena gugel cara buat base dia yg mcm biskut tu (nampak tak nampak tak, gigih kan, salahkan PMS, sobs!)

Osaka Cheesecake Rikuro Inspired Recipe

Ingredients:
140g/5 oz. Castor Sugar
6 Egg Whites
6 Egg Yolks
50g/2 oz. Butter
250g/9 oz. Cream Cheese
100 ml/3 fluid oz. Fresh Milk
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
60g/2 oz. Cake Flour/Superfine Flour
20g/1 oz. Cornflour (Cornstarch)
1/4 tsp. Salt or Cream of Tartar
Method:
1. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over a double boiler. Cool the mixture. Fold in the flour, the cornflour, egg yolks, lemon juice and mix well.
2. Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar (or salt) until foamy. Add in the sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.
3. Add the cheese mixture to the egg white mixture and mix well. Pour into a 8-inch round cake pan (lightly grease and line the bottom and sides of the pan with grease proof baking paper or parchment paper). Also, wrap the outside of cake tin with 3 layers of aluminium foil to prevent water seeping into the Springform cake tin during baking.
4. Bake cheesecake in a water bath for 1 hours 10 minutes or until set and golden brown at 160 degrees C (325 degrees F).
Makes 1 (8-inch) cheesecake, 12 servings.
Tip: Before pushing the tray into the oven is to tap it onto the table a few times. This is so that you wouldn’t end up with bubbles in the cake.

Kek Coklat Kukus yg mabelesss..:D (Simpanan)

Kek Coklat Kukus yg mabelesss...  Resepi : SyuHafizan Syu

4 sudu bsr serbuk koko***
1 cwn gula kastor 
1 cwn butter d cairkan 
1 cawan fresh milk 
1/2 cawan susu pekat 
1 1/2 cawan tepung naik sendiri (bluekey)*** 
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat*** 
1 sudu teh baking powder*** 
bahan bertanda *** diayak bersama
3 biji telur Gred A atau B dipukul sedikit. ( + sikit esen vanilla, jika x mau kek bau telur )

Cara m'buatnya : 
Campurkan gula kastor+susu pekat+fresh milk n gaul smpai gula hancur dan sebati..
pastu masukkan butter yg dicairkan tadi dan gaul lagi..(guna whisk)...
dlm bks lain kocok telur dan masukkan dlm adunan tadi dan gaul lg..
last skali bru masukkan tepung yg dh ayak n gaul lagi smpai sebati..
kmudian tapis adunan tu supaya x berketul..
blh masukkan dlm bks yg anda nk guna...
bks plastik kukus 20minit...
acuan apam kukus 15minit n loyang kukus 30minit... 

** layer tgh tu sy guna topping cream cheese...kek tu sy potong 2..**

topping:
250gm cream cheese tatura +
1/2cwn susu pekat + 
60ml whipping cream...

mix semua smpai kembang n sebati...
make sure cream cheese berada dlm keadaan suhu bilik...
nk guna blender pun blh klu xde mixer..
Pastu tabur cheddar cheese yg diparut..

tosei atkins, stir fry veggies, sup tomyam

bahan2 tosei:
2 sb ground fleexseed
2 sb soy protein (coway)
1 bj telur
sedikit baking powder.
sedikit garam.
sedikit serbuk oregano+paprika

caranya: bancuh semuanya dengan 3/4 cawan air masak. pastikan adunan cair mcm adunan lempeng. amek non stick pan.. selet dengan butter. tuang.. masak pada api sederhana. tggu sampai atas tosei ni msak. tak payah flip. aku saja letak skeping cisdel (keju) taknak pon xpe. takde sapa marah.

viggie campur: amek apa2 sayur yg halal DA, potong2. hiris garlic 3 butir. tuang minyak. masukkan garlis. masuk veggies, api besar tp toast kan pan. jgn masak sangat. viggies sy: asparagus, timun, tomato

nasi goreng kampung atkins

jangan buat tanya2 "eh kata atkins tak boleh amek nasi, boleh ke?" gua cepuk lu kang :D

in Atkins, nasi kita ialah Bunga Kobis, atau bahasa greeknya ialah KOLIFLAWER.

ni bukan kali pertama aku buat. tapi masa kali pertama buat aku tak masukkan koli (nama manja) dlm microwave utk 3 min (tujuan: melembutkan), rasa koli kan mcm berdegar2 sket. berdegar?? apa tuh? mind my vocab.

ok takyah citer banyak, lets!

bahan2
1 cawan kobis bunga disagat (dilembutkan 3 min guna microwave/ steam pon boleh)
4 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk
1 biji telur
4 ekor ikan bilis tumbuk
5tangkai cili padi or ikot suka la nak pedas ke takmau
2 sudu minyak jagung
2 sudu butter asli (aku guna jenama anchor, halal dan mahal)
segala ulam2 yg ada di halaman rumah anda
(aku guna bunga kantan, serai, kacang botor, daun cekur)
perasa knor to taste
optional: hirisan almond panggang (utk rasa krap krup), kopok leko siap goreng 3 batang.

cara:
masuk butter+minyak jagung, tumis bawang putih, then ikan bilis, bila naik bau, masukkan koli, masuk perasa, masuk ulam, buat lubang tengah, pecahkan telur, biar jap, gaul2. tabor hirisan badam, siap!

aku buat 2 potion, satu dinner, satu sahur pagi tadi (lawan telur mata sebijik, perghh)

tips: sedap makan dengan apa2 yg krup krup, DAN SAMBAL IKAN BILIS MAK BUAT! THORRBAEK!

roti fleexseed atkins

bahan2
2 cawan fleexseed kisar
1/2 sudu kecil garam
2 biji telur
1 sk baking powder
1/2 cawan air
1/3 cawan minyak jagung
optional: 2 sb almond meal, 1 sk esen vanilla, 1 sk serbuk koko.

cara2
masukkan semua bahan kering.
bancuh bahan basah.
tuang bahan basah dalam bahan kering.
adunan sedikit likat tapi usah risau.
tuang dlm bekas.
bakar pada suhu 175 selama 20min.
